
Sign in to Garmin Connect web from a web browser. Select Activities from the navigation bar on the left. Select All Activities. Select the name of the activity you would like to export. Select the settings gear in the top right corner. Select the export format you would like to use from the drop-down menu. The file will then begin to download. I tried using the stand alone map installer with windows 10 and it crashes every time I run it. I unplugged my Garmin and then I plugged it back in, it showed that My GPS has the most current version map file. I tried to follow your instruction to download the maps to my Garmin i was able to get as far as downloading to a separate file. When i tried to copy the new gmapbmap to my Garmin i did not get an overwrite question I got a message saying it couldn't upload because the file was too large. It is only 86mp.

Kjell. 2-Click on Properties. 3-Click the Hardware tab. 4-Click on the Device Manager button. 5-In Device Manager, click on the + by Universal Serial Bus controllers to expand it. 6-Double click on each of USB Root Hub one at a time to open its properties. 7-Click on the Power Management tab.
